Gotu Kola (Centella
asiatica)
Description...
The Gotu Kola plant is native to East Asia
but can grow in marshy areas in many parts of the world. It has been used to treat burns
and skin grafts.
Gotu Kola may also help psoriasis. This
herb has forged a reputation as an anti-aging herb. It also has sedative and calming
properties.
There is some evidence that Gotu Kola may
promote blood circulation in the legs by strengthening the veins and capillaries.
